Waiting For Cargo - Carl van den Bosch

This is a typical scene in the approaches to Vancouver harbour, as cargo ships wait for their turn in berth to load or unload. The blue ship on the right is clearly at anchor, but the black ship and the tugboat appear to be moving in opposite directions.
