Ships in Drydock - Carl van den Bosch

This is a very good example of the texturing of the glue used in the screens: several layers of different types of texture are clearly visible behind the simple outlines. The ships themselves are an example of Carl's semi-abstract forms; they are certainly based on some of the free-flowing pencil sketches he produced by the thousands whenever he had a moment free.
